Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging, including all components.
  • Items must be in the same unworn or unused condition as received.
  • Non-returnable items include sale items, gift cards, and customized products.
  • Damage or loss caused by the customer is non-refundable.

General Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: Email us at with photos/videos of the item and your order number.
  • Ship the Item Back: If eligible for return, we will provide a return label and coordinate pickup with UPS or FedEx.
  • Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection (5-7 working days), we will process a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect product, quality issues, wrong address sent), we offer a full refund.
  • If the return is due to the buyer's reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong product/size ordered, incorrect or incomplete address), the buyer covers the freight (typically $7, depending on product size).
  • No restocking fee will be charged.


  • We'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.

Product Damage

  • We will replace parts damaged during shipping or found defective during installation free of charge.
  • Damage or loss caused by the customer is non-refundable.
